The Oliva Series V is generally a very appreciated and high rated cigar among aficionados.

Made from a blend of Nicaragua’s finest ligero filler and Nicaraguan Habano binder, it features a dark and oily wrapper which hints to a rich and robust flavor.

I’ve smoked a ‘Gordo’, wich had a excellent draw and a near perfect, even burn. No corrections were needed. The thick smoke clouds provided an exceptional and enjoyable experience.

Taste-wise, the subtile balance of spice and sweetness made this Oliva a real pleasure to smoke. Most notable flavors were Espresso, some Leather and Cedar, and hints of Marzipan.

In my opinion, for whatever the occasion, the Oliva Serie V is an excellent choice.
