Spooky's Cigars & Tobacco

Spooky's Cigars and Tobacco is a place where you'll find short, concise reviews about cigars, pipes and pipe tobacco. I still may add my Spirits over time.

 

Initially, I only created a simple dashboard for myself to keep track of my Cigar consumption (as I had done before with my Whisky tastings). I never really intended to publish it 'live', until a few people suggested me to do so. I've since added a few bells and whistles, so... Here goes...

 

Originally the site was Softr frontend over an Airtable database, but I decided to switch to BaseRow when AirTable f*cked its userbase by lowering their free tier. Baserow's App Builder is rather new and still in its infancy, but I'm actually impressed with what is already possible. Please bear with me, as I'll be continually improving the site.

 

I'm taking away the focus on my Smoking Journal a bit as I'm realizing nobody cares what I did smoke when, where, how... That's only interesting to myself. The reviews are what matter most, I assume.

 

But, ... be sure to check the statistics. They're fun.
